I found the Japanese copies of the games, and tried to play Heart Gold. It looks nice, and the main Pokemon follows the player like the old Pokemon Yellow Pikachu.

Unfortunately I only know one character in Japanese, の. This symbol does me so little good, that it's not worth mentioning. It's the equivalent of the word "of" in English.

Since I couldn't understand anything other than my own name "GOLD", I gave up before leaving the town in the beginning. If only the English games would be available sooner. Spring next year is too long. D:

Update!

I just reserved both games. They'll be in April, but they'll be English! And I get something nice for reserving the games. Nintendo kicks ass like that.
